I redesigned the navigation experience of Tadaweb’s Open-Source Intelligence platform, resulting in users locating key features more easily, quickly, and predictably, consequently improving their perception of the platform’s value.

I co-created a custom framework explaining Open-Source Intelligence users to teams within Tadaweb, resulting in a company-wide understanding of our users and subsequently influencing our product and licensing initiatives.

I designed multiple investigative touchpoints within the Tadaweb platform, resulting in users conducting precision searches when they needed to, and saving interesting findings for future analysis.

I adapted values and techniques from my designer toolkit to help various teams within Tadaweb analyze problems, identify and prioritize relevant issues, and brainstorm solutions collaboratively.

In my last year at Tadaweb, I helped hire and scale our Design function. I led a team of 3 Product Designers, each in charge of different feature areas. I delegated initiatives and ensured they improved their craft, developed crucial soft skills, and cultivated a growth mindset. I adapted the company’s Professional Growth Framework for the Design Team and worked with each designer on individual growth goals and actions.
